It has a diverse user's base of Oracle: DBA's, Developers, IT Managers, Project Managers, Apps Consultants, Oracle Partners, Salespersons, Trainers, Oracle Customers, Recruiters, CEO's, CIO's, in fact every Pakistani related to Oracle in any way.
